Flash Extractor software is used for data recovery from flash and SSD drives memory dumps

Every month appear new models of flash devices. Each new device has different internal physical and logical structure. We analyze it and release updates of our software weekly. There is a library of supported models inside of the program. These drives can be easily recovered

But if you have an unknown model, you can try to use built-in controller layouts for manual recovery or ask our tech support for help

1. USB hub with external power
2. Cable from hub to reader (recommendation is to use cables with length less then 50 cm)
3. "Cover" on the top of adapter protecting from dust

Executable files
Create folder Flash_Extractor
Choose place to never move it
Download and place here executable files

Driver
1. Connect Reader
2. Windows ask for driver
3. Select folder with driver
4. Asnwer - "Yes, continue"


For 32-bit windows use:
Driver_Windows_32-bit_v4.rar

For 64-bit windows use:
Driver_Windows_64-bit_v5_beta.rar

File association
1. Find in Windows Explorer file *.dump and open it
2. In appeared window push "Browse..."
3. Choose Flash_Extractor.exe
4. Put the flag "Use for this type of files" and push OK



Now when you open these files appropriate program will start automatically.

Dont set more than actual number of real processors in your computer

Settings are stored in the file Flash_Extractor.conf
If file does not exist, settings are set to default

New setting is valid after restart of program
